No parties or events are allowed on the property (inside or outside). Max occupancy is 22 people at any given time. Any guests beyond the original booking must be approved by the host in advance.
No smoking or vaping in the house or near open doors or windows.
Quiet time is 10pm to 7am and is strictly enforced by the city. Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down during these hours.
No loud music or amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries.
No street parking. All cars must be parked on the driveway or in an allowed street area. fines/towing will be at your expense.
Don’t touch the pool equipment. Contact us with any question or issue. We control it remotely.
No glass in the yard or near the pool area. Please use plastic dishes instead.
Check out time is 10am. An unauthorized late check out will be charged a $300/hr late fee.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $150 pet fee paid separately after you book. The pet fee covers up to 2 pets (more pets optional with additional fee - contact us)
If the majority of adults in your group are under 25 we require a $1000 refundable damage deposit paid after you book and refunded after you check out if there is no damage or disturbance.

Please make sure everyone in your group reviews and agrees to the house rules. If any of the house rules are not respected we may require you to leave immediately, no refund will be issued, and additional charge may apply.
