House Rules
NO SMOKING or vaping in the house or near open doors or windows.
No parties or events are allowed on the property. Max occupancy is 16 people at any given time.
No amplified sound that is audible beyond the property
If the majority of the adult guests are under 25yr an additional $750 refundable damage deposit is required and paid separately after you book.
No street parking (we have space for 5-6 cars on our driveway).
Pets welcome with $150 pet fee for the first 2 dogs, more possible with additional fee.
City quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and are strictly enforced.
Pool can be heated for $50/day or spa only for $35/day x number of nights of your stay. No partial stay heating.
An unauthorized late check out will be charged a $300/hr late fee.
If any of the house rules are not respected we may ask you to leave immediately, no refund will be issued, and additional charges may apply.
